Our platform and program are designed to meet our mentees’ needs, which starts with letting mentees select their mentors. We optimize that process with an algorithm so that as many get their top choice as possible. Our program matches academic mentees who are undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral associates and research staff with more advanced academic and industry mentors and enables flexible scheduling among mentorship pairs. We provide structure with in-person and virtual group programming and monthly themed conversation guides to facilitate productive conversations.

We help women stay in the positions they earn and excel in them. Sustained exposure to companies through our program and network improves the assimilation of new employees.


We equip our mentees and mentors with soft skills including professional communication, management, and leadership. Both mentees and mentors report an enhanced sense of belonging and concrete academic, professional, and career achievements.
